Design work has begun for Cedarhurst of Blue Springs. This project is located south of Interstate 70 in Independence, Missouri. Cedarhurst will offer 49 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care apartments. Each resident will be able to enjoy the comfort and independence they want along with the care they need. These options will allow seniors to have the benefits of being at home while providing a full schedule of events, home-cooked meals and support.
Powell CWM provided ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, preliminary and final plats, civil site construction plans and municipal engineering for public road and utility extensions. A critical component on this project was the relocation of the existing sanitary metering station.
